Great selection of ornaments which is one of the things I was looking for. They also have a great selection of interesting snacks and drinks. My sister found a super cute wooden bowl with a colorful ceramic interior to give as a gift. Applied for a charge card during check out and were having a little trouble navigating the process but Dylan and our cashier, Nolan, we're so patient and helpful! They were both extremely pleasant and nice to talk with while we figured out what we were doing and never made us feel rushed or like we were taking up too much of their time. Kudos to Dylan and Nolan!!

This store has some fantastic staff! They were so friendly and helped me stuff a papasan chair into my car! They were friendly, helpful, and so kind. Will definitely be returning here again.

Absolutely love this store. Such a large variety of items from all over the world. They carry everything from furniture, to clothing, to holiday items, to kitchen items and so many unique food, snack, drinks and alcoholic beverages from all over the world. All items are labeled with the countries they are from. Very unique store and everyone is sure to leave with something!

I was checking area businesses to find sourdough crackers. The search indicated they were available at World Market. The store had recently been rearranged. Mitsi, an employee patiently assisted me in locating the items. Mitsi went above and beyond!!

This store is excellent!!! It is very well organized and there’s a great selection of products to choose from. There’s art work, furniture, and even clothes and jewelry to pick from. I was able to pick several things for my home which I love. I bought some pillows and two accent chairs. I would like to give a shout out to a young lady named Alyssa who was very helpful. She searched for the things I wanted and even located the manager to answer my questions. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. It was a great shopping experience for me, and I will definitely return to this store in the future. Thanks to Alyssa!!!

I placed an online order for pick up. Once I looked at the item at pick up, I decided I didn’t want it. Simon was incredibly understanding, fast, kind, and helpful. He processed the refund quickly and with a smile. I left the store thinking THAT is exactly who companies want representing their brand and interacting with customers. Thank you, Simon!

Really cool store. Got a great deal on a couch and light. The staff is really helpful and so was the assistant manager. There is always something neat to find in the store. Looking forward to the next time that we go back to the store.

I recently ordered a large furniture item online and had the item shipped to the Akron store for pickup. I must say, I am super impressed with World Market in general, and the customer service at the Akron location, specifically, Dylan. My order was timely shipped to the store. Dylan kept in touch with me multiple times to inform me of the delivery date, item pick-up times, etc. and was extremely kind and just provided great customer service as a whole. Additionally, the furniture itself was the BEST packed item I've ever bought - literally styrofoamed and cardboard covered every edge of the entire product, so there was no issue with any damage, as I have experienced from other vendors in the past. I love the peice I bought and am extremely satisfied with the entire process!
